"Brakes" I had my Nissan serviced in Newberg, OR at which time that dealer indicated I desperately needed my brakes changed. During my winter holiday from college, I scheduled to have the brakes replaced at Alan Webb. Much to my surprise they indicated I had plenty of life remaining on both my pads and rotors, therefor only charging me for an oil change and tire rotation. "Great service " I really appreciate the honesty from my service advisor. A technician made a minor mistake with my vehicle, no big deal, but Alan Webb kept me informed about it and corrected the issue instead of trying to cover it up! I also like that recommended services feel more like a conversation than being pushed around and pressured.

"New check in process still needs work..." First oil change with 2023 Altima, after 2012 Maxima previously serviced there was totaled. Was not advised cost or coupon availability, oil requirement in advance. Almost cancelled as told cost without special, but service check in person was able to locate, apply discount. Though made appointment well in advance, was long, tedious process to get car in. When done, too busy to get basic vaccum and wash included, so driver mat dirtier than on arrival after service. "They did a great job" Last time I brought my car in for an oil change they were very busy and I told them to hold my car back as long as they needed. Not only did they get my car through in a reasonable time, they cleaned my car inside and out. I was not expecting that awesomeness. Also: they are much better at dealing with customers in the service department than the sales department. When I bought my first Nissan I left feeling duped and ended up with a car I really didn't want because if the trickery they played. Needles... read more

"Great work, timely and great repair" My car was in for extensive front end damage during the Christmas/New Year holiday. They managed to get it complete on the Friday before New Years saving me three extra rental car days. Work was completed to my complete satisfaction.
