Great service and great help from Ms. Heather and Mr. Nate. Another minor issue besides the original problem arose, but Service Manager offered poor help -only the option of checking it with a $ 150 diagnostic fee. I've been a customer at this dealership for more than 20 years; bought several cars and done tens of services.
