They get you in and out in a timely fashion. Everyone is always pleasant and welcoming. There's always suggestions without any pressure. I like that. They also send you follow up notices on what's going on with your vehicle. It's nice to know they're paying attention.
Abraham Cruz was excellent. He didn't use pressure tactics to make the sale and was very transparent concerning the whole process. I had a wonderful experience working with him.
