At the minimum they do as I ask, but many a time they do extra at a reduced rate. A nice waiting room too.
I have my car serviced at the dealership because Serge offers excellent customer service, he is always thorough and very knowledgeable and very involved and engaging. I like that he oversees maintenance and/or repairs on my vehicle. I feel confident that my vehicle is being serviced with integrity, and by skilled technicians.
Dealership is great as always. Waiting time is terrible on Saturday. I was there for over three hours.
Service Advisor Nate Sartain was exceptional in handling the repairs to our 2022 Nissan Armada. He handled everything for our insurance claim and even the claims adjuster praised him saying that it was the easiest claim he had ever done thanks to Nate. We really appreciated it and use them regularly for service.
No problems, no tricks, fast and efficient first time I used this location highly recommended, Nate was outstanding
