I was in for routine service. Serge was my service representative. He was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I knew what to expect and was very pleased with the service.

All staff seemed familiar with the recall work that I needed. I was told it would take 5 hrs. I asked for an appointment on Monday but he wouldn't make one. He said Monday was wide open come anytime. I dropped off my car at 10:30 a and had to call to see if it was ready at 5:30p. It was.

The service was good. My only g CB on plaint is that in order to complete everything recommended I would need to hang around for another 2.5 to 3 hrs. That was on top of the 2.5 hours I was already there for the thorough inspection. They had allowed customers with a large amount of service to borrow a loaner in the past but that was no longer an option.

Was greeted promptly upon pulling in, the advisor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, the service was quick and I was on my way in no time

Outstanding service. Looking into an issue that required extra research, phone calls, warranty department involvement, and so much more, Tony demonstrated his professionalism and attention to detail. Because of paying attention to detail and actually listening to my needs or my concern, issue was addressed and my truck is being worked on.
