The people are excellent and relate well. The paperwork is good. The car work is good. The waiting space, time waiting, and amenities are sub par. The scheduling could be improved drastically. As I was checking out, I saw 4 people waiting patiently by their cars to be checked in. The online interface is primitive; especially the “what service do you need.” Regular maintenance is not an option. Check out Butler Nissan in Macon where I used to live. This is a management and not an employee problem.
The dealership has great customer service and the staff is very welcoming. They attend to your problem and work with you to solve the issue.

The person that checked me in at the service department was very friendly and helpful. The wait was a little over an hour but they were very busy the day I went.
