I came in at 3:00 to get a problem diagnosed without an appointment thinking I would have to come back to get it repaired. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to diagnose and fix the issue at the same time. I usually do not interact with the mechanic at a dealership, but I was outside when he pulled my car out. He was very friendly and took the time to explain details of the work.
