I came in at 3:00 to get a problem diagnosed without an appointment thinking I would have to come back to get it repaired. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to diagnose and fix the issue at the same time. I usually do not interact with the mechanic at a dealership, but I was outside when he pulled my car out. He was very friendly and took the time to explain details of the work. Walked into service Dept to get key made for truck I bought elsewhere. Melissa Sadlock took key I had and had new one made. No if ands or buts about it. She was terrific. Could not have been nicer. VERY IMPRESSED Nisson is lucky to have her as an employee.
