"Road Trip Check up" I took my car in for a general inspection prior to a lengthy holiday road trip from GA to MI to PA. The service team looked over my car to make sure it will safely serve me at no charge!
"Tony Bowers is still AWESOME!" My 2009 Murano is quite needy right now. Tony always answers with a smile and always breaks the news gently! I know soon she will be humming for another 100,000 miles! Nissan, better keep him there! The ladies in the Rental area are outstanding! Kindness abounds. They need a larger area to work. Seems a small space for such important people! Thanks everyone! "They take care of you!" I've had great experiences at this dealership service center ever since I first started driving Nissan in 2013. They value your time, and will do everything that they can to make sure that they do their jobs correctly the first time. It's also pretty awesome that they wash your car and Shine the tires as well. I highly recommend Tim and Serge, they're my absolute favorite Associates there and I always know that I'm in good hands when they are in charge my vehicle.
"Bad communication" I was never given a time when my car would be ready, in the past it's been ready within an hour or my service representative would let me know why there was a delay. After 2 hours I went to the service representative and she told me that the car was just now going into wash. 25 minutes later and went back to her and she said I'm sorry for the delay they're bringing your car around. "Dropped my payments & got me in a car using less fuel. " They took three days to make sure that everything financially was correct and I was able to get the car I needed. I know they probably do not spend that time with everyone but I have a fixed income & they were able to help make my stress rate less than it had been for the last 3 years by working with me & listening to what I really needed.
"Oil change & tire rotation " I like going to Nissan of Athens cause that is where I bought my car and they help take care of it for me. The wash it every time and I appreciate that because it is hard for me to clean it out. Everyone there is friendly and always ready to help.

"First time in for service" Called and made an appointment for service but the appointment could not be located we I arrived resulting in some confusion since this was my first visit to the dealership. Service was completed and went to pickup my vehicle the same afternoon. I was greeted by another service consultant that took great care of completing my paperwork and getting me on my way. I was very pleased with my service experience.
