"Loved it!" Very welcoming, made me feel like I was family for the start. Karl was the best ever! Kyle was awesome too, he helped my brother Johnny Woods , who also purchased a versa! Mellisa was great too. She helped me connect my phone up to the car! I love Nissan of ATHENS!!!! My new FAMILY!

"Quick service" Quick service once I arrived at dealership had someone meet me once I got out of my car.good waiting area with free drinks and snacks.

"Beyond Awesome!!" Customer service was very pleasant. My car cut off and it wouldn't start back & it is a touch screen/computerized car. I called the dealership & was able to speak with Mr. Booker whom sent someone out to assist me. The young man that came out to assist got permission from Mr. Booker to take my car back to the shop, which he did & by the time I got off at 5:30 my car had a new battery and it was reprogrammed which I truly appreciate.
