"First time in for service" Called and made an appointment for service but the appointment could not be located we I arrived resulting in some confusion since this was my first visit to the dealership. Service was completed and went to pickup my vehicle the same afternoon. I was greeted by another service consultant that took great care of completing my paperwork and getting me on my way. I was very pleased with my service experience.

"Awesome service center" Replaced electric pump to the power steering and they gave us a loaner for a few days while the parts were ordered! Heather is the best!
"Easy. Good service. " Tim was very nice when I arrived for my appointment. He didn’t even acknowledge that I was running an hour late. I dropped my car off expecting it to be done late in the day since I was late and it’s a dealership but it still got done by about 12:00. When I got there to pick up my car, he remembered who I was and my bill was lower than expected which was a nice surprise. Overall it was a great experience.

"Great Customer Service" From my service lane manager Kelly Richardson to Jerry Booker the service director everyone is hands on. Every time that I visit Nissan to have my vehicles worked on Kelly Richardson is there making sure that everything is taken care of correctly. I have been coming to this service department for over ten plus years. My ride always looks better when it leaves then it did when I arrived. "Service " very nice and professional staff, fast service, very good work since I arrived and enter my car to service!. a quick solution by the service representative and technicians!
"Repairs" It took two visits to find the problem to my car. My problem became a mystery, it took over a day to find the problem. A brake sensor! Now repaired. I appreciate your service dept for working so hard to fine the problem in a timely manor! Everyone was so nice
