I was really happy with our car buying experience but when it comes to the service department they really lack the customer service skills needed. My husband brought our 2018 Nissan Rouge in for an oil change and informed the greeter that we’re having problems with the automatic brake system malfunctioning and problems with the screen for my back up camera freezing up and a few other problems. A little over a month ago, I purchased a 2012 Porsche Cayenne from here. Overall, the car looked nice for a 6 almost 7 year old car. Minor things...paint chipped, scratch on rims, a few broken vents... The salesman could not tell me anything about Porches. I figured some things out myself bc I have an older Cayenne I purchased from the Porsche dealership. The staff was very nice. We went for a used vehicle and drove out with a new Nissan kicks and I love it. Our salesman was awesome given it was closing time and we ended up taking up 3 hours of his time after hours

We bought a 2018 Nissan Titan from here. Kerry the comptroller is beyond rude as was the front desk. Our salesman was great but, after signing all our paperwork and going home I not them realized that the finance company was wrong. I called back and was told yep it’s wrong you have to come back and resign all the papers. Did I mention that it’s a 2 hour drive? Purchasing a vehicle can be very intimidating but I appreciated the information this dealership provided in a low-pressure, very welcoming environment. The personalized relationships they develop with each client are top-notch; I love the Sentra I purchased over two years ago and have had no issues with it! Heather E. and Jaslyn R. are the best.
