"Outstanding customer service. " I came in to Nissan DTLA because I had a bad experience at another Nissan dealer. When I arrived I was greeted by everyone. The service department made sure all my questions where answered and even gave helpful tips for the future. "Great service " The last string of interactions I’ve had at dealerships, including Nissan, have been mediocre at best. I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of customer service, cleanliness, and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicle back to this location.
