"Edi and the Nissan of Downtown LA team were fantastic!" Edi and Nissan of Downtown LA made lease experience the best car buying experience i've ever had. From finding my new car to returning my old lease it was the transparent, efficient experience i hoped for.
"Very helpful" To start off, I wasn’t sure where to park so I asked a couple different people, and they were very pleasant and helpful. Then when I found the right place and person to talk to about my car having trouble starting, he was absolutely wonderful! He had my best interests in mind the whole time and walked me through everything he was going to do and why!

"Friendly " Friendly team, but friendly doesn’t fix the vehicle and can empty your pockets. However, compared to other places, this place feels safer for their sting.
"Awesome service" David Mares helped me out a few times for oil change and tires and was not disappointed. He cares for his customers and is very professional. The service was fast and he helped me get a great value.
"First service visit" Oscar was super helpful in articulating the problem and recommending the course of action. Service completed as promised and Oscar gave me an update in the middle to let me know what was going on. I will come back here for my car maintenance needs.
