"GREAT Customer Service" I have own 5 Nissan Altima's. I take my car to Nissan of Downtown because of the continued good customer service experience I receive. Additionally, the fact that they will transport me within 5 miles on a complimentary basis works well for my work schedule. I can drop me car off in the morning, leave it for the day, call for pick-up in the afternoon and come back and pick-up my car. That type of convenience is extremely valuable!

"Oil & Fliter Change" Went in last min on a Saturday and had my doubts about having my car serviced, honestly thought I might have been asked to come back but it was the complete opposite Everything went by smoothly and fast even tho I was sick and thought of possibly heading home I’m glad I listened to Ernie and waited for my car. I’m also glad you guys are offering payments on the services end, I will be taking advantage of that my next visit around for my 15k service
