"excellent customer service" Jose provided us with an excellent customer service. Overall the staff at Nissan Downtown always made sure that our family got the best deal when it came to getting a car.
"Long wait time" We came in to purchase a new car at 2pm and it took 8 hours to get all things done! We got out pass 10pm, exhausting!

"Very helpful" To start off, I wasn’t sure where to park so I asked a couple different people, and they were very pleasant and helpful. Then when I found the right place and person to talk to about my car having trouble starting, he was absolutely wonderful! He had my best interests in mind the whole time and walked me through everything he was going to do and why!
