"Friendly " Friendly team, but friendly doesn’t fix the vehicle and can empty your pockets. However, compared to other places, this place feels safer for their sting.
"Awesome service" David Mares helped me out a few times for oil change and tires and was not disappointed. He cares for his customers and is very professional. The service was fast and he helped me get a great value.
"First service visit" Oscar was super helpful in articulating the problem and recommending the course of action. Service completed as promised and Oscar gave me an update in the middle to let me know what was going on. I will come back here for my car maintenance needs.

Ace is the constant professional and has superb customer service skills. Any concerns I have about my car he resolves them. I feel first class when service by Ace. The Nissan service team in whole is first class. I only get my car serviced at downtown Nissan.
