"having to title the review wastes my time" the service from John was great. I met the manager he was great The service department was great The needing to spend time titling this survey eats valuable time and should be allowed to be left blank Oh yeah, When I go to Nissan's service department, I am not there to buy a new car. "Great customer service and talented techs." Nissan Duarte has great customer service and talented techs. They were able to diagnose a very difficult problem with my Nissan Frontier that was intermittent and annoying on long road trips.

"Satisfied with Service" I was pretty happy and satisfied with the service of my vehicle. It was done timely and my car was fixed. Dean was pretty polite, articulate, helpful and had good communication skills. Thank you Dean.

"very fast and friendly service" they did an excellent job servicing my car, it only took a short time, and i even got a quick car wash at the end.

"Excellent service." The appointment was set for 7:00 am. I was able to see my representative, Edward, at that time and was soon on my way to other destinations. No problems, easy appointment.

"Altima software update." Melvyn did a great job explaining to me the estimated wait time. He also provided a quick wash of my car at the end of my service.

"Our New Dealership!" Thanks to Edward, Filipe and the staff, I did not have to wait until Carson Nissan towed our car, had me go there for a loaner, had me drive back to pick up our car and also wait to have our recall item fixed! Because of his willingness to work with Denise of Carson Nissan and take ownership of our issue, I would recommend Edward and the staff to anyone looking for a great car and good customer service experience!
