Excellent service. Went in for a recommended repair and upon completing that repair, the technician found something else needing repair. The other repair was under warranty as was the initial repair so it was definitely a winning situation. I am treated as though they have my best interest at heart where my vehicle is concerned. I would gladly refer them to anyone!
I needed Nissan parts for a used car I recently purchased at a non-Nissan Dealer. I called Nissan of Duarte, they had the parts, and I took the car in that week for service. While the car was there, they did a complementary multi point inspection of it. The service advisor kept me informed with phone updates updates during the day. I was able to pick the car up at my convenience later in the day. The car was fine when I picked it up, and freshly washed. I plan to return to this dealer when my car needs its next service.
one of the hardest things to do is finding a good mechanic. Having no mechanical knowledge, what so ever, I am at their mercy. My service rep. at Nissan Of Duarte was informative and reassuring in our conversations. I truly believe they had my best interests in mind when they took my car in for service.
My experience with them is the best. I have 4 cars from Nissan (Armada, Xterra, Sentra and Maxima) and always they provided me with the total professionalism and friendly answers... They are the best...

Just got the new sentra turbo and let me just say that car is a quick! The process was a easy. I worked with the internet guy RUDY M and he made everything feel normal No pressure and all good vibes.

I had a great experience with Performance Nissan, though I do have to admit that I did not have to deal with the sales staff. I found the car that I wanted through carsdirect.com and I was sent to Performance Nissan. Once there the staff was very friendly. They adhered to the price I found on the internet and were completely honest every step of the way.
