We were greeted by Frankie Carrillo when we arrived at the dealership promptly, courteously and professionally. He inquired about our reason for our visit and we told him we were interested in a new vehicle. He was very helpful and knowledgeable ascertaining our needs in what we were looking for.
I Had a great experience at Nissan of Midland!! I really wasnt sure on which car I wanted and I had never owned a nissan, Im super picky about cars and I wasnt even sure I wanted to get rid of my mustang!! I ended up buying a cube and Daniel did everything in his power to stand up to my picky standards!!! I will absolutely recommend him to everyone who wants a new car!!
Randy was helpful and patient. He was not pushy and was willing to work with what we wanted. The sales manager and the financial officer were both easy to work with as well. I have been car shopping in the past and have not had a very positive experience. All of the people that we worked with at Nissan of Midland made my visit VERY positive and I will be going back.

My wife and I were greeted by Marco as soon as we stepped onto the property. He was very friendly and informative on all of the questions that we asked. We were able to tell him our interests and he led us right to the vehicle that we (especially my wife) were looking for that day. The overall experience was great my only suggestion would be for Nissan to make people feel more like prized customers than just a sale. Fill up all tanks with gas instead of just brand new vehicles especially if the trade in is full. Managers who actually make the final decision are scarce and impersonal. Mazda of Midland has nailed this concept and are wonderful to work with, i hope one day to see Nissan be equally rated.
