I found a vehicle at another dealership that I was interested in. Unfortunately for them, their location is in a 'questionable' area of town. The lot was locked up at night to which I couldn't look at the vehicle on my own accord. When I went to Nissan of Midland, the lot was very well lit and I found the truck I wanted. Being new in Midland (and US), we were looking for some supportive advise on how to purchase the vehicle of our choice. Frankie was patient and spent all the necessary time to show us vehicles, let us test drive them more than once, and answer all the questions we had. Additionally, he was honest in telling us when he did not know the answer to certain questions, and then got the answer for us from the relevant person in his dealership. Frankie was a great sales person, he got me the car I wanted before my lunch break and had everything ready so I could get back to work on time. I found the car online and he went to go pick it up at another dealership/auction and this happenened in the A.M. by 5:30 that same day I bought the car! It was all so fast and I was able to take the car home that same day! Frankie was very willing to show us all the different options available on your lot and even look at other dealerships to find the perfect car. He was friendly and easy to work with, and we were very happy with the end product.
Service representive was very friendly and worked well with us. The process was fast and easy. I got the exact car I was wanting shipped to the dealership faster than expected.
The only dislike I had was when the person in charged of financing was trying to get me to pay more than I wanted to pay. Fred Watson was very patient and supportive of my decision, he was not pushy and he listened to what I had to say and what I wanted
I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that Doug Seabrook is a wonderful asset to Nissan Midland. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the cars we looked at. He was so good to keep in touch, but patient with us also. We purchased a used car and for the most part was happy with the trade. Liz Montoya, in the finance office was also very helpful and nice. Mr. Hernandez was wonderful. I really felt like he was working to get us the very best deal that he could. I would definatly recommend him!
From the time we got on the lot, Mindy was extremely helpful, and not pushy. She worked within the terms we set, and got us in a our new jeep within 24 hours doing everything she could to make sure that we were satisfied with our experience. We will definitely be getting our next vehicle there!
