I had a great experience buying a the car. Your employees were very friendly, very helpful in finding my car and would answer all my questions I had. Overall I had a great experience.
The staff was friendly and Daniel was new but was eager to learn. If we had any questions he would answer or find someone that could answer our questions. His answer wasn't "I don't know" it was "I will find out". That is comforting to see because alot of dealers will just tell you what they think you want to hear.
Listened very carefully and made sure that we had the opportunity to see the correct type of vehicle with the best options for our needs.
We entered the car just looking. We were quickly greeted by Francisco. We told him what we were looking for and led us to each vehicle that met out criteria. We drove the Equinox and also drove a GMC pickup. We then drove the Equinox again. The whole time, Francisco was supportive but not pushy. He and the dealership made buying a vehicle a pleasant experience for my husband and me.
I have had service work done on my old Maxima at this dealership, and now have bought a pre-owned, almost new Maxima. The people here are friendly and helpful, and I feel quite trustworthy. I've recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. Angela Mainwaring
I'am very satisfied with the help that I recieved from Daniel Hernandez. Knowing that I ask a lot of questions he was patient with me from the start. What also really helped me understand besides english was that he spoke my language. Even though they didn't have the car I wanted they did what they could possible to get it.
