The people are friendly and conscientious. They explain the work that needs to be done and also inform you of services that are needed in the future.
They turned new brakes and tires around in 1/2 day. Kept me informed of the repairs needed. Great service.

Starting with a greeting from a pleasant person in service at 759am(Trevor, Tom and ?), to a person working at the desk(?) inputting your information, to the worker-bees (happy as a clam) walking through the area where the customers wait, it's such a pleasant experience. Why else would I drive 40 minutes to the other side of town for a simple oil change that could be done 4 minutes from my home? I LOVE Nissan of North Olmsted! "Keep going", this silly counter wants me to keep writing?

Service Department (Brooke St Peter) has always been fantastic! Everything is well explained, Timely, no surprises. Woman in the payment department is always friendly, customer service forward. However, not a great experience with the sales staff this visit.
