I brought my Armada in for routine service and after my car was done, Mike told me of some upcoming things that would need to be replaced before winter. My tires and back brakes. He took so much time with me to give me pricing on different tires. I honestly can't thank him enough. I left there with my car service,washed and an idea of the cost of my tires/brakes. Thank you
The service department HONESTLY cares about you and your car! It's different. The service folks know that if a "ton of work" needs to be completed, that you can get it done in stages. No pressure, They don't "scare you" into getting your entire car serviced immediately. They also help you out with coupons. It's an awesome experience~~
This was an awesome experience in the purchase and delivery of our 2022 Altima. The customer service for sales and service is outstanding. We highly recommend Nissa of North Olmsted.
Came in for a quick oil change. They were friendly, fast and took care of some new wipers as well
My last vehicle was not a Nissan and when I would get it serviced, they not only would wash the vehicle, but would quickly vaccum it too. I really enjoyed that service and wish Big Nissan would consider vaccuming vehicles as well. It would take your service to the next level!
Justin was informative, kind, and humorous helping me with all the paperwork. Brad was kind, genuine, and funny. He deserves a raise! And I appreciate the couple guys (don’t know their names) who cleaned/washed my car while I was doing paperwork. The shine still looks good!
I have had many years of dealing with this owner/dealership and I trust them...honest, fair, integrity. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
