Service was great and fast! Rattling fixed, recall fixed, oil change and tire rotation done in 1 hour while I waited. Used free Wi-Fi in waiting area which was very clean and had comfortable seating.

Came in for regular 5000 mile maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, overall check). Was there at 8:45 A.M., car was taken into service area at 9:05 A.M., and was returned by 9:45 A.M. The the service man at the desk said it would take an hour. How right he was! All the people in the service intake area and the lady at the cashier's window were very pleasant and polite. When people ask where I got my Nissan I tell them about the good experience with the salesman and how good is the service department.
