"A pleasurable experience." I was able to get an appointment the next day of calling in. I wanted to have my 2018 Rouge checked for the foot activation for the lift gate. I could not seem to get it working. The service tech was nice enough to take the time and demonstrate for me the technique needed to operate the lift correctly. I was happy to say it operated for me. Thanks again for taking the time!

"Fast and quick repairs" I appreciate the time and effort the team did for us! We had a small leak and they quickly diagnosed it, showed me the issue, and fixed it quickly! Can't thank this team enough!
"Making it Right" This was a return trip to address a scraping noise in the front end. The first visit identified that the shields on the exhausts were lose and needed to be tighten. The problem persist, which sent me back to the dealer. This time problem was in the front wheel where hardware needed to be tighten. To make it right on the return trip, they cleaned up my battery cable connections at no charge.

I have purchased two Nissans from your dealership and will buying a new Nissan in the future. The main reason I like Nissan of N.Olmsted is because of your outstanding service department.
