"A pleasurable experience." I was able to get an appointment the next day of calling in. I wanted to have my 2018 Rouge checked for the foot activation for the lift gate. I could not seem to get it working. The service tech was nice enough to take the time and demonstrate for me the technique needed to operate the lift correctly. I was happy to say it operated for me.
