Grateful that I was able to work with sales associates to locate the vehicle I was searching for and come to an agreement on a reasonable price. Felt comfortable asking questions and communicating with compotent professionals who were flexible and patient with me as I made decisions about what I could afford. I am not a fan of financing a vehcile and dealing with sales people. That being said ~ we were very happy with the service we received from Kiwi, our salesman and Bille, in finance. I really enjoyed the whole experience at Rushton Nissan, they listened to both my husband and I. We would highly recommend anyone to work with David and Chris. They made us really feel at home. We walked on to the lot and Dave came right out asking us what we were looking for. We had it all written on a piece of paper and he showed us right to the vehicle that meant our needs the most.

Very satisfied customer! Randy and Chris are top notch persons to work with and they are honest and very friendly. We agreed on the price entirely online and by phone. They offered the best price around town. The entire process took maybe about less than two hours including the test drive around the block, signing the papers, closing with the finance manager, and a walk through of the car features. I recently Purchased a Acura TL from Rustom Nissan. The sales men Chris Harshman and Randy Goodin were very friendly and alot of help. They gave me a really good price on this vehicle that no other dealership would even think of offering. I had a really good experience there and the prices are very good. The sales woman, Stephanie, was really friendly and not your typical high pressure sales person. I bought my Murano there a few days ago and I am very happy with it. I would recommend this dealership because they are friendly and helpful. Like any dealership there is pressure to buy, but Stephanie really seemed to listen to what I was looking for.

I recently purchased a 2009 370z from Rustom Nissan of Portland. Their staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I worked directly with David, Chris and Billy. They took the time to show a great variety of vehicles in stock, explained different options of financing. It was a painless experience, I must say it was great!

Dealer was very honest, willing to negotiate, very quick to respond with an internet quote, honored the price that was negotiated over the phone, no tricks. Secured a car from another location and went out of their way to deliver the car to us out of town. No attempts to upsell us on features we did not want.

My dealings with Sales Consultant,Steve Neilson, were wonderful, he was very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. The test drive was nice and Steve was patient with me in the traffic and the area I was not familiar with. The car was presented beautifully after being washed and detailed. Thanks for my dream car 370Z!
