The people at Rustom Nissan are wonderful. I work in customer service and I can tell you that they are genuinely nice and courteous. There is no dealer markup, and we were the first to buy the 2011 Nissan Juke, so the price wasn't the greatest deal, but they did what they could. I will probably go back when we replace our other car.
