I came in looking to a buy a car after having no luck elsewhere and this is definitely the place to go. Alan was very helpful, friendly, and didn't rush me like previous dealers did. My old car had started acting up so I looked online for a good/reliable used car to buy and found Rustom Nissan. Alan contacted me very quickly and was extremely helpful in guiding me along since it was my first car buying adventure. I gave the dealership a high rating because everyone I met was helpful and kind even though I am an extremely picky car buyer. Overall I really enjoyed working with Alan and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a great car along with great service!
I did the web pricing, but did not get a price until after I had already gone into the dealership and bought the car. When I checked the price quote online after I got home, it was $200.00 less because they added in an insurance program without disclosing it. The manager made it sound like they gave me the lowest price possible in my dealings at the actual dealership saying they couldn't go any lower on the price of the car not that the price of the car is this plus $200.00 for insurance. Kiwi was the exact salesman I was hoping to encounter. I arrived and stated what car I was interested in and that was that. I was taken directly to them and we narrowed down color and features and he was helpful in selecting the car I bought that day! I had no problem taking a test drive and the whole experience was easy and relaxed. I felt no pressure to upgrade or look at a different model or spend more than I wanted to spend. I recently purchased a 2006 350z nissan from this dealership. My salesman was Peter Gregg who was very courtious and knew what he was talking about. This was not the first time Mr.Gregg had assisted me in purchasing a vehicle, I had worked with him back in the 90's when I purchased my first new car in vancouver! The salesman, Steve (kiwi seems a bit demeaning), was very nice and helpful, and not pushy or overbearing. The only area he could improve on is having a mote detailed knowledge of the vehicles. The sales manager, Chris, was also very nice and helpful, however he did not present me will all available financing options (choice of lender, need for downpayment, etc). Our experience was one of the best we have had in buying a new vehicle. Peter did a great job informing us about the vehicle and its options and how they worked. All of the staff we worked with (besides Peter) including Chris, Billie, and Dennis were friendly and helpful. Most importantly, we were not pressured to buy. The deal we made was fair for all. We would consider returning to this dealership in the future to make another purchase.
At first it seemed we got off on the wrong foot and things did not run so smoothly, but Jeff and Stephanie made my car buying experience at Rustom Nissan a pleasant experience they were very professional and offered me a wealth of knowledge in regards to my new Nissan! I am very pleased with the purchase and I truly do love my new Nissan Sentra....
Steve Neilson and Rustom Nissan were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend their dealership to friends. There was some issue with the quality fo the lease signing. We had to go back to the dealership several times as the lease numbers changed. That aside, it was an overall fine experience.
