"Found just the car I wanted" Have been taking my 2015 Pathfinder to this dealership for several years and always happy with the service. I decided to check on a newer car with more safety features, and Carlos went out of his way to find just what I wanted.

"Sincere in understanding the details of the trouble" My complaints were well understood and documented. They addressed the issue and explained in details on what was repaired and how they did the repair. I was told beforehand that the repair may not solve all issues but for the most part, it will. The main car trouble was, it engine breaks at 20 to 35 miles per hour when the gas pedal was released. They replaced parts and reprogrammed the computer. I am satisfied with the work but I hope the problem will not come back.

"I received excellent service from Drew Poppler in setting..." I received excellent service from Drew Poppler in setting up the service for my vehicle. He also was attentive to informing me of additional items needing attention as an option to repair. Mike Bessone the shuttle driver also was very kind and respectful opening the car door for me; getting me to and from Nissan safely and sharing in conversation.

"Onetime Miss" Pretty much everytime i've taken my vehichle in for some work they have been great. But this last time was a rare miss. Oil change and tire rotation was done very fast .had my 18 Titan back within an hr. They did miss fixing my over head dome light. Got home and the light switch fell off. Something I had asked them to take a look at. Also, I was tehy would have told me that the free oil changes they gave me were only good for a year. I must say, overall the service was good.
"Create service" Thank to service advisor Karly Nielsen. She was help me to get serviced, explained me what service needs to be performed next appointment. One more time thanks.
