"Karley Neilson, my service adviser, was very personable..." Karley Neilson, my service adviser, was very personable and helpful. She made sure all my concerns were taken care and arranged a shuttle ride home foe me. Mile Bessone was the shuttle driver. He made the ride home very comfortable. I found all the staff at Nissan to be very professional and pleasant. They all seem so happy to be working at Nissan of Sacramento. I can’t compliment them enough.

"Great Customer Service" My Service Advisor Valerie Lee was great - I arrived with a last minute appointment for an oil change - she was prompt, friendly & professional. I don't normally write reviews like this but was very impressed with her demeanor & professionalism - and most important she did not solicit this review (like other advisors I overheard asking customers to write reviews because it "really helps" them out). To me - if a review is obtained because it was solicited -it doesn't carry as much weight.

"My wife made an appointment online, but it did not show..." My wife made an appointment online, but it did not show up in their system, so I was a bit nervous at first. The woman who helped me (I should have gotten her name, she was great!) got me checked in for the appoint anyways with ease. Mike the shuttle driver was also very friendly and made for some good conversation on the ride home. Car was done very quickly and spotless. Great job
