"New purchase experience" I have had my 2010 rogue serviced at Nissan of Sacramento since I bought it. Service was always friendly and professional. I recently bought a new 2019 Rogue with Frederic Howell as my sales rep. "Finally in my dream car! " Fred helped me finish off my car purchase after I had spent the previous day in the dealership feeling uneasy about the price. While eventually I did go with the quoted price, it’s really a nod to Freds customer service. It is very friendly and gave me a sense of honesty.
