"Super easy" The whole process of buying a used car here was simple, and I never felt pressured (something I experienced a few other places as a woman car shopping alone). I came in with a loan preapproval after scheduling a test drive over text and everyone I spoke with was super nice and perfectly professional. it was the end of the day but no one seemed to be rushing to get home and everyone took their time with me and helped me navigate my first dealership purchase with patience and kindness.
