I've purchased two cars from Charlie and each experience was memorable! I was comfortable each time and left satisfied! By far, one of the best managers there! Each time I'd come in for an oil change or service, he remembered me and we talked. I look forwarded to doing my next purchase with Charlie! I'll be in as soon as you guys get a used Jeep Grand Cherokee!:)

Really enjoyed the service here. Salesperson Shahin was very friendly and transparent with everything and made my wife and I comfortable. The dealership is a bit small but the did have a large variety of vehicles to choose from and the staff was super sweet. We were nervous going into finance because of a previous bad experience but the finance manager was equally as good. Thank you

Sold warranty for auto nation fully knowing the would be moving the next month. Now have to pay deductible for warranty. Could not get anyone to talk to me from finance the whole 4 hr I was there. Not very good customer service, should be able to transfer to Nissan warranty at no charge.

The service wait time with an appointment is long. 2.5 hours for an oil change is a bit long

While I was giving a list of work to approve with a video of the diagnosis, a washer fluid concentrate was added without approval along with an unknown charge under one of the services.

I went for tune up and an oil change. 3 days later my oil filter light came on

Poor communication. Took 4 hours for my service and I did not receive 1 message or call on my car. When i called the dealership for an Eta the lady at the desk Catia ? Said that no one was able to provide me with an Eta. That she would have someone call me back which they never did.

Marcell and Nissan of Torrance sought to mislead me about the condition of my car. I brought it in because of a check engine light that indicated a problem with the fuel-air mixture They claimed that my car had sludge in the engine, had compression problems, and needed a new engine. None of that is true. I took my car to an independent mechanic with a very good reputation, and they found that the car has no compression problems, no sludge, and that the issue with the injectors was easily remedied with some cleaning. Our initial plan was to begin with addressing the fuel injectors, spark plugs and ignition coils. This time there was a severe lack of communication. I was told on Thursday my truck would be done Friday or Saturday (water pump replacement). Monday comes I call 4 times to get an update. Technician was just trying to get the pump out without removing the timing cover. But was told it should be done by the end of the day. I call back aroud 5pm and my advisor is gone for the day no update. Truck not ready. Truck ended up being done Tuesday afternoon.
