My Nissan pathfinder has been nothing but trouble since the day I bought it. The service department was Indifferent to the problems and one of them lied about the repair work being completed. I will never buy another Nissan again.

This dealership has refused to use my warranty to cover repairs. A bunch of talking in circles. Calls from Consumer Affairs to no real results.

After getting my car out for the service I noticed a scratch on the front alloy wheel. I did not notice this when I got out from the showroom. When I reached my home I found out this. How would I trust this dealer again?

It was absolutely terrible service in all my Nissan experience. Oil change cost 280 dollars

I loved the video I received showing and explaining what needed to be done to service my car. I was disappointed with the service advisor who never kept me in contact with the status of my car. I don’t think I should’ve had to track someone down to find out what was happening with my car.

I came for an alignment. 5 hours and a return trip to the dealership. My car is still not aligned. It is still pulling to the right.

My problem was not resolved. I had to go up there twice and it still was not fixed correctly.

Had an issue with car still making noise after I picked up my car I called capri and she stated she was going to reach out to the head person I kept the car home I never recieved a call back been calling and leaving emails to bring in my car and nothing car still making noise and capri hasn’t responded.
