Richard was very professional; he did a good job. He got me out very quickly.
The team needs training in customer service and greeting customers. I had to go inside because a service advisor never came out. I made an appointment and was not someone who just came in. I had to follow up and ask if my car was ready. I didn’t receive a call and the service department was closing up as I pulled into pick up my car.
Service was great and the staff is friendly and helpful. Thanks for helping me keep my car in great working order.
