Mark was fantastic. Very easy and fast. I had a brake issue and was worried that you wouldn't be able to get in late in them afternoon but Mark assured me you could; and he delivered great and fast service. Best in a long long time from any company.

Every time I do my oil change at the Nissan in Torrance it's always a great experience. It's why I go no where else. Excellent customer service, exceptional performance to my vehicle and great overall experience.

Nice and friendly The location setup for customers driving in for car servicing and repairs work, customer service setup need to be upgraded likening other auto make garages

Very friendly and communicative. Someone who genuinely tries to help. Knowledgeable, took me in even though my appointment was made for a different time. Anyone else would've told me to reschedule. Truly appreciated that since it was not a mistake I made.

There was a back-up of cars into Service, but Manny came out & saw me waiting ,on time, immediately! Manny knew all the recommended services, but didn't 'press' when some were declined. I felt appreciated as a long-time customer (2017) ??
