2 year service performed on car. Found loose suspension issue causing front tire wear during inspection. Performed recall reprogramming car ready when promised.

Alisa made sure I got prompt service with a recurring problem. She gave me a reasonably accurate estimate of the time it would take. I appreciate the ride home and the ride back so I could relax comfortably.
