Marcell was great. He explained what needed to be done and was very efficient getting me checked in and on my way home. The car was clean and ready as promised.
Their service is a hit or miss on certain occassions. But they atleast try to figure out how your experience was and Liz from customer relations always listens to what you have to say and possibly provide a solution. That is what make them different and i rated them for
I thank John so much for helping me get into the perfect car for me. The first car I wanted was out of my price range and it was hard to get in and out of, thankfully John showed me a car that fit in my budget and works perfectly for me. I am very happy and satisfied, they helped me with my loan and made my down payment reasonable.
