Very helpful, provided transportation and did a great job fixing my vehicle. It took longer to repair which was inconvenient but there were some major issues and so I am happy that they took the extra time and got it done right.

I’ve been to this dealership three times. The prior two occasions, Richard was my service advisor and he is very nice and knowledgeable. On my recent (third) visit I had Alisa. She was friendly enough. I had no concerns. What bothers me about this dealership is that you wait 10-15 minutes for a service advisor to come and meet when you come in to check in. Each time that was the wait and I have an appointment. They need to do a better job checking people in.
