All interactions were great. The application process was smooth and easy. We were told what to expect. Communication with Norma was great. I never had to think if I should call to check on anything because she kept in contact with frequent updates.
The whole team was great, Norma and both Adams were very good and knowledgeable. Only bad thing was the taxes weren't added originally. They later were. But they were able to keep closing at a manageable price in out budget.
Everyone was very thoughtful and thorough. Appreciate the great support!
