Norma was thorough yet concise. Norma made the process from start to finish very easy and painless to refinance my home. She deserve an attagirl and the biggest of pats on her back. And a beer of her choice. Or two. The Sankowich family thanks her.

The only issue we had was at signing that our initials were turned around. I had hers and she had mine. It was just an added inconvenience as we had to cross out the initial then initial it and change it every where we had to sign which was a lot.
