I'm not the best when it comes to things like mortgage. The entire team from my loan officer to people I interacted with over the phone were professional, patient and knowledgeable and willing to take the time I needed to understand what was going on

Some of the steps were confusing or redundant paperwork was requested. Norma was very helpful but sometimes it was difficult to get ahold of her. Not by any fault of her own but she seemed to be the only one doing anything with my loan application.
