I was told not to make my Sept payment as that had been included in the new loan.I see that payment is overdue & a late fee has been charged. I received automated phone call to contact PennyMac. I’m assuming the paperwork needs to catch up.
Everyone was so friendly and caring, everyone that worked on my case was amazing and hope they are the ones I work with, the next time I’m able to refinance my home loan.
