This is my 6th closing and this has been the smoothest ever starting with first Rory to Norma and the closing agent that came to my home.
I was impressed by the level of communication and speed of my closing. Everything was handled electronically apart from the actual closing where I had a notary visit my home for the signing.
I had been a Penny Mac loan customer 7 years. I had contacted another company for a refinance. Before accepting with the new company, I called PennyMac because they have always treated me well. My initial contact was with Robert McGaughy. He was excellent. Was able to secure a loan with a similar rate and lower fees. He explained the entire process, and made me feel really great. Turned over to Norma Brambila who continued the greatness. Kept me informed and answered all questions promptly.
