The Penny Mac loan officers and the Mac Team were very knowledgeable and efficient during the refinance process. All questions were answered promptly and everything was explained in detail. I got weekly updates letting me know where we were at in the process. I had a great experience And would highly recommend Penny Mac!!!

My loan paperwork was wrong prior to closing. After numerous calls and emails it was corrected, but never sent to the closer who subsequently didn't show up for the closing on Friday. I spent almost an hour with a member of your MACTeam, was put on hold a couple of times while he spoke to a supervisor and assured me I could close on Sunday morning. Norma called on Saturday to find out how the closing went. I said it didn't. No one showed up on Sunday either. It took a week and 3 attempts to clos
