Could not stress enough how much distrust I have in this vet clinic. My cat was in a sad state and I called them to get medical advice. The person that answered the phone wouldn’t even listen to what was going on because we hadn’t been there in “over a year”. They told me if I wanted medical advice I would need to make my cat an appointment. If I would have waited until morning, my cat would have died. I had taken my pets here for awhile. I actually went as far as to set up a Kitten Wellness plan for my youngest cat when we first got him. When going in for his one-year checkup, we were charged FULL PRICE with no discount for the wellness plan. I was asked about continuing the plan through his adulthood and I said at that time, "no, let me think about it".
