Formerly a 5 star review. Not really pleased with this business lately. We bought the Puppy Plan for our dog, I felt it was a good deal initially. They gave us a print-out detailing that we got $1000 worth of service, I have shopped prices with several places, with the pricing of other establishments I would not say we received $1000 worth of service from them. -The Paw plan does not include full price of Neuter if your dog is a cryptorchid (non-descended testicle) I was quoted several times for this by them, several of th... read more
Not positive experience. On the phone they claimed international health certificate will be free to sign but after I came they charged me $360!!! They clearly deceive over the phone, you should triple-quadriple check beforehand for what they charge me. I brought an old international health certificate with me to use as an example and suggested the doctor need to vaccinate my dogs -- which the doctor happily complied with and charged me $100 for that. Could not stress enough how much distrust I have in this vet clinic. My cat was in a sad state and I called them to get medical advice. The person that answered the phone wouldn’t even listen to what was going on because we hadn’t been there in “over a year”. They told me if I wanted medical advice I would need to make my cat an appointment. If I would have waited until morning, my cat would have died. I had taken my pets here for awhile. I actually went as far as to set up a Kitten Wellness plan for my youngest cat when we first got him. When going in for his one-year checkup, we were charged FULL PRICE with no discount for the wellness plan. I was asked about continuing the plan through his adulthood and I said at that time, "no, let me think about it".
