Not only are they overpriced but they have absolutely awful service. Staff is rude and unprofessional no matter how nice to them I am. Based on these other reviews sounds like I'm not the only one with this issue. I will never bring my pets here.
This clinic is a joke. What has happened to pet care?
loyal clients - 23yrs 5 dogs, 3 cats. North Creek Pet hospital USED to be a phenomenal veterinary clinic with wonderful caring Dr's and staff. over the last 12mo the clinic has gone to absolute hell and it really is sad. Received a call from Megan, yelling at me that I missed my dogs appointment for today (that I never scheduled). The truth is- I had an appt yesterday for my very sick dog. They called me an hour before and said they had to cancel because their X-ray machine had “been broken for months”. They didn’t tell me that in the morning when I MADE the appointment and instead called me an hour before and said to take her to the ER. Disgusted and completely appalled doesn't even begin to cover how I feel about North Creek Pet "Hospital". After reading through reviews and from my own experience over the past week.. I find it hard to believe there is a practicing and licensed DVM at this "Hospital". I am a fully licensed Veterinary Technician and have spent over 10+ years in some of the best large and small animal clinics in the country. I would rate them lower if I could. I've never had such terrible service from this clinic before. Our dog was seen for a check up on Wednesday, we got lab results back yesterday which we were waiting on to schedule his dental procedure. On Wednesday, we purchased and paid in full for a Paw Plan, knowing our dog has a broken tooth which requires immediate attention. Horrible customer service. Every month it is a struggle to pick up my dog's prescription. No one pick up the phone or answer messages sent on FB. I would not recommend this clinic.
Use to be an amazing clinic. management replacement lead them to poor staffing changes. Client communication is not a thing. I understand COVID, but to not reach out about someone’s bill for 2 months?
Purchased the puppy plan for $750 for neutering and shots. They agreed to neuter puppy at 18 months. I called to have puppy neutered and they refused! Said plan expired after I already paid for it. Wanted another $600 to neuter pup. They guaranteed my puppy could get neutered at 18 months and it would be noted on my account. Office manager hung up in me and refused to return my calls. They also lied on my Google review saying they gave me a refund! Shame on you for lying!!
