Dr. Serna and her staff are amazing! I was a patient of hers for many years prior to my insurance changing. After 4 years with a so-so PCP my insurance changed again and I’m finally back with Dr. Serna. And I couldn’t be happier!! Everyone in her office genuinely cares about me as a patient. It’s truly worth the concierge fee to be a part of her practice. She spends time trying to get to the bottom of your health issues.
Dr. Dorothy Serna is a dedicated professional doctor. Her number one objective is her patients. She has a great staff who help her take care of her patient's needs. I have been her patient for over 30 years, she has saved my life twice. I trust her with my life. Dr. Dorothy Serna is one of the best Internal Medicine doctor in this city.
Dr. Serna constantly amazes me! I love that she is available for calls after hours and on weekends...having her cell phone number brings me great comfort! She is quick to explain the situation and thoughtful in the treatment process. Love this doctor!
I have been a patient of hers for a long time. Recently, I was able to get in to see her the same day I called because of a bad cough and sinus issues. The staff was very courteous and caring. I appreciated the personal attention I received from Dr. Serna. While there, I was able to receive my flu shot without any problems. Cannot say enough good things about the internist and her staff. Glad I have them on my side.
I just tried to schedule an appointment with Dr. Serna as a new patient assigned by my insurance. The very rude person on the other line took it upon herself to scream at me as if I called the wrong doctor. She told me that I had to purchase a monthly membership for some ‘concierge service’ where Dr. Serna would be there for me 24/7. She elevated her voice when she stated do I even know what a ‘Concierge doctor is?’ I didn’t even get in a word and she placed me on hold for 7 minutes then answered as if I was just another cal... read more
Dr. Serna and her staff are always there for you and willing to help. She is very thorough with exams making sure you understand what should be done to better your well being.
Dr. Serena is a excellent Physician. She is professional and caring. She is very good at guiding her patients thru the healthcare system! In this day and age having a doctor to take the lead is so helpful with people of age. Her attention to detail is exceptional! Her office staff is wonderful and always greet you with a smile! As a retired healthcare worker, I know how much time and effort goes into providing a excellent experience when you are not feeling well.
Dr. Serna is very caring and concerned about mom. Always makes sure that we understand what she needs mom to do.
