I've been with Dr. Serna for about 20 years. Dr. Serna is very attentive to my health complaints, always checks things out thoroughly and follows up. I can only say the best things about her and her staff!
She is the BEST doctor I have ever had. Her staff is always warm and friendly and make you feel comfortable. As for Dr. Serna she is very thorough, honest, and most of all caring. My husband and I just love her and her entire staff.
From Lata at the front desk to Sean who assist Dr. Serna we fill like one big family. True care and concern leaves my husband Larry and I feeling like we are always in good hands. Twice Dr. Serna has made life saving diagnosis for my husband who has a blood disorder. Thanks for all you do.
I appreciate all the time she spends explaining things and listening to me to really find out how I am doing. Not prone to subscribing meds as the first course of action, if I’m willing to try better health & wellness strategies. I have great confidence in her and would recommend her concierge practice to anyone!

Dr. Serna's medical team is the most comprehensive and friendly group of professionals I have met. When I arrive for a visit I am seen within five minutes of my appointment. Each staff member is proficient on the computer and transcribes our visit in detail which results in a thorough report I can bring home. Dr. Serna always asks me health questions that pertain to the purpose of my visit and offers suggestions I take home and utilize. My relationship with the staff is most gratifying.
She, Dr Englund and the staff saved my life. Not hyperbole. She explains and follows up and LISTENS to what you say.
My first time visit for an annual physical. Dr. Serna took the time to thoroughly review my health and discuss ways that I can proactively improve my health. She is very knowledgeable and obviously cares about her patients.
