Dr. Serna is the best doctors that i have seen. She is very meticulous, asks the right questions and listens to all the history before suggesting a course of action. More importantly, she focuses on life style medicine rather than just treating symptoms. I changed my whole life style and she is there with me all the way following up and providing necessary guidance. Thank you Dr. Serna.
Dr. Serna was professional, thorough, and straight forward. I have multiple medical issues and she helped me sort them out and come up with a plan. She looked up things on-line, called colleagues, assisted with referrals and second opinions. I truly felt like we were a team and I am hopeful to see progress with this streamlined approach. I think Dr. Serna is the smartest, most caring doctor I've ever met in my 64 years. She explains things thoroughly, she thinks things through and is knowledgeable about the side effects and choices of different drugs. Besides that she actually promotes good healthy lifestyles for her patients without being pushy. I just think she is the best.
Dr.Serna is always available and really listens to what you have to say and the staff is great the nurse practitioners are amazing just like the nurses.
Dr. Serna has been my primary physician since moving to the Houston/Cypress area over 11 years ago. I had Pancreatic cancer in 2005 with all the surgeries and treatments at our major cancer center. I'm in excellent health and fully active due to her dedicated monitoring and follow-up care for me over the past 11 years.
